COD Procedure & Terms and Conditions:
Dispatch: Orders booked before 1pm will be processed same-day. If booked after 1pm, they will be picked up the next working day. Shipper has to ensure to get a signed Booking Summary copy as proof of dispatch from the Tezz Pickup Representative. No claims will be valid if a written receiving copy is not furnished.
GST: Above COD, tariff is subject to levy of GST @ 13% if package is originating from Sindh and @ 17% if package is originating from Punjab.
COD Payment: Invoice payment shall be deducted from the COD amount before the reimbursement takes place every Tuesday through IBFT (for Rs. 60)
Monthly COD Commitment: The above tariff is offered to customers having monthly total business of PKR 7,000. In case of decrease, the shipper will be notified for three months consecutively, after which the facility of discount will be withdrawn.
Packaging: Shipper is responsible to paste the waybill and to pack the goods properly. If the goods are damaged due to poor packaging, it will not be our responsibility.
Returns: Shipments are returned to the shipper if the customer refuses to accept the shipment due to any reason or if they the consignee is not available up till 3 attempts.
Package weight: If shipment volumetric weight exceeds the actual weight, shipment we follows: Height (cm) X Width (cm) X Length (cm)/5,000.
Insurance: No shipment processed through Tezz is insured by us.
Material Not Acceptable for COD: Tezz does not accept the following as shipments: currency, jewelry, Antiques, Precious Metals, Stones, Weapons, Plants, Drugs, Chemicals, Animals, Liquor, Fresh goods and items, Negotiable Instruments in bearer form, Indecent and Pornographic Material, Industrial Carbons and Diamonds, hazardous or combustible materials, and all other items restricted by IATA (International Air Transport Association) and related authorities and any item whose distribution is restricted by law or by any act of the Provincial or Federal Government of Pakistan. Tezz will have full legal authority to take action against the client in case any such item is found in any shipments.
